This retreat was BILT out of need.
In my many years as a husband, friend, father, and business owner, I’ve noticed the same patterns playing out repeatedly in me and in the men around me. When things get “too good,” we self-sabotage. It’s a common story–and it ruins marriages, friendships, business ventures, and self-confidence.
After watching this play out too many times, I sought tools and resources to understand how to overcome and combat my own demons and ultimately help my friends through their personal challenges, support them as they rebuilt trust in their relationships, show up for them when their businesses were struggling, and cheer them on as they overcome obstacles.

Arrive at the Retreat and meet your cohort.

April 18th
Begin your day with guided meditation and breakfast.
You’ll experience a day of workshops and healing sessions!

After you leave the retreat, you’ll be added to an exclusive Facebook group for men who have participated in BILD. In the group, you’ll be encouraged to continue the work we began together and share your ongoing progress and challenges.

I’m Jeff, and the BILD retreat is my most impactful offering yet.
It is my life’s mission to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself, your family, and your higher power.
I’m a serial entrepreneur and work to live a faith-focused, inspired life. My latest venture is BILD brand apparel, a lifestyle company promoting the betterment of men. I’m hosting this event to drive forward the mission of creating space where men can discover their gifts and begin to thrive.
